Join Our Team – Digital Operator & Customer Service Role

Are you passionate about print, customer service, and digital production? We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated team member to join us in a agile role at our Pinkenba office.

This is an in office position with a solid focus on digital print operations and customer service. If you have an eye for design, there is also an exciting opportunity to develop your graphic design skills further as part of your career path.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operating digital printing & finising equipment and assisting with a variety of print production tasks
Supporting customer service needs both in-person and over the phone/email
Managing orders and liaising with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes
Collaborating with the production team and Centre Manager for seamless job delivery
Helping prepare and produce printed products, including:
Flyers, brochures, books and business stationery




Posters & large format signage

About You
Friendly, customer-focused and keen to learn
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Interest or experience in digital print, production or customer service
Bonus: basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn
