About the role

Eureka Solar & Battery is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Ballarat, VIC. This is a full time role responsible for the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial solar power systems, as well as general electrical installations.

Key responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair solar power systems
Be comfortable running installation and leading a team
Conduct site assessments and provide technical advice to customers
Ensure all work is compliant with Australian electrical standards and regulations
Liaise with customers, suppliers and management
Provide exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations

About you
Qualified Electrician with a valid Electrician's Licence
Minimum 2 years' experience in the solar/renewable energy industry
Robust knowledge of electrical systems and solar power technology




Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
