Lifestreamers Early Learning is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators whilst building authentic, healthy and solid relationships with families. The Centre Manager is responsible to coordinate all day-to-day operations such as administration; health and safety; and team development, in addition to developing a positive culture that results in a quality early learning experience.
Key responsibilities
Overall management and smooth operation of the service
Maintaining administrative procedures including attendance records, financial management, purchasing equipment and resources, family notices, liaising with appropriate Government Departments
Implementing a marketing strategy to ensure occupancy targets are achieved
Develop and maintain whole team engagement in the Quality Improvement Plan and work towards a rating of 'Excellent'
Lead, supervise and support all educators
Undertake performance reviews of all team members
Be proficient in building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, children and their families
About you
Experience as a Centre Manager
Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching highly preferable
Demonstrate extensive understanding and adherence to the EYLF, NQF, Regulations and Law and the Assessment and Rating process
Current and valid Working with Children Card
National Police Certificate within 30 days from the start date of 1st December 2026
Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Providing First Aid in an education and care setting certificates
