About the role

Acting as a key bridge between our brand and our partners, you will manage the full lifecycle of client engagement - from seamless onboarding of new partners to presenting business reviews, and ongoing strategic education on why we're the best in the business. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who excels at stakeholder management and thrives in a high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Be the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Regularly engage with clients through quarterly business reviews to understand their evolving needs and challenges, positioning our solutions accordingly.
Develop and execute strategies to proactively retain and expand revenue within your client portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
Present tailored solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of novated leasing for their employees.




Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and guidance on novated leasing processes, perks, and best practices to enhance client understanding and engagement.
Conduct onboarding presentations for new clients and ongoing educational sessions to showcase the perks of the product.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions in our systems to support sales tracking and forecasting.

About you
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the leasing or financial services industry.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
