We are a bagels shop / cafe and you will be working with a small team and you'll be preparing bagel sandwiches and daily kitchen responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
Accommodate customers with specific dietary requirements and requests e.g. allergen-awareness, vegetarian, gluten-free options
Comply with all relevant food safety regulations and workplace health
Adhere strictly to safety practices in a commercial kitchen
order ingredients from local and other suppliers
Monitor commercial kitchen food requirements, portion control and wastage control
Daily kitchen duties.

Your Qualifications and skills
Trade qualified and experienced
food safety certification
Be a team player and able to work efficiently in a small team.
