Our client is a highly successful, mid-size accounting practice in South Perth which has been in business for more than 50 years. With a stable staff of 10+ accountants plus multiple bookkeepers and administrators, this is a busy and professional environment. With a slight reshuffle of the administration team, a new varied and interesting full-time, permanent position has become available.

If you have previous experience in a professional office as an administrator you are well-organised and keen to grow professionally, this is a outstanding prospect. Strong IT and communication skills are also key to success in this compelling role.

The role will pay up to $80,000 plus super, depending on experience, full training in processes etc will be provided and parking is also available on site.

Some of the varied duties will include:
Onboarding of new clients
Assisting with lodgements with the ATO
Supporting the Admin Manager in a wide range of admin tasks
Managing reception, messages, mail and office visitors




Assisting with transition of practice software from MYOB to Xero
Exploring use of IT and AI in the accounting workplace
Preparing and managing documents and correspondence
Electronic and physical filing
Liaison with clients, ATO, skilled staff and suppliers
Plus, a wide range of new and developing tasks during the reshuffling of the admin team.
