Campos Coffee is seeking a Roaster to ensure accurate daily roasting at our Banksmeadow HQ. You’ll operate roasting machines, follow sensory profiles, and collaborate with teams to meet schedules while minimising waste.

Shifts run Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or a adaptable 8:00 AM–5:00 PM floater, with occasional paid overtime. We value quality, safety, and a passion for coffee and learning the Campos way.
