About the role

Mulgrave Country Club is looking for Gaming and TAB Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You'll be a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast‑paced setting and takes pride in delivering a great experience for our members and guests.

What you'll be doing
Delivering friendly, effective service to our gaming and TAB members and patrons
Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with queries and technical issues
Processing cash transactions, including deposits and payouts, with accuracy
Maintaining a clean, well‑presented gaming floor
Upholding all relevant legislation, regulations and club policies
Supporting the broader operations team as required

What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a gaming setting
Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Strong customer service and communication skills




Accurate cash-handling and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
