Task & responsibilities
Prepare and cook Japanese Donburi to a high standard
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all menu items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times




Work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Stay updated on current food trends and cooking techniques
Communicate effectively with staff and management
Uphold professional standards of personal presentation

Qualification & experience
Minimum of two years’ professional cooking experience
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Reliable, friendly, and productive with a can-do attitude
Ability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
Team player with the ability to work under pressure
