BaptistCare is seeking two Direct Care Coordinators to join our Home Care team in Camberwell, Melbourne. These 12-month max-term, part time roles provide hands-on rostering support for nursing staff and clients at home.

Working with our Nursing Manager and Clinical Care Leads, you will coordinate, schedule and support our nursing workforce to ensure secure, timely and consistent home care. This hands-on role sits at the heart of Home Care operations, handling rosters, gaps and communications daily.
