Property Officer - Salary Package Up To $80,000 p/a

Riverbank Real Estate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Officer to join our growing team.

This is a full time position requiring availability 5 days per week, including Saturdays. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience across both our leasing and property management departments, with a clear pathway to managing your own portfolio once you have developed the necessary skills and experience.

There is also the opportunity to take on a small, manageable portfolio from commencement, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Property Officer, you will play a key support role within our Property Management team, assisting with:

Leasing inspections and open homes

Processing tenancy applications

Routine inspections

Tenant and landlord communication

Administrative support for the Property Management department

Maintenance coordination and follow-up

General property management assistance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A positive attitude and solid work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating roster

A willingness to learn and grow within the Property Management industry
