AA2IT is seeking a IT Technician to perform Break & Fix work on desktops, laptops, servers and printers during a 90-day contract-to-hire engagement. The role requires traveling to client locations and maintaining solid customer focus to meet SLA deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hardware support experience, 3+ years in customer service, and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be available for on-call 7x24 after training.
