Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Australia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with robust market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; solid customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in the dental or medical device industry are strongly preferred.
