About the Role

As our Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch while helping drive sales growth, team performance, and exceptional customer service. Working alongside the Branch Manager, you'll lead by example and contribute to a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with branch operations and daily workflow management
Handling cash, EFTPOS and financial transactions accurately
Supporting branch growth, sales performance and profitability objectives
Providing outstanding customer service and relationship management
Assisting with counter sales, order picking, packing and dispatch activities




Promoting a strong safety culture and supporting team engagement initiatives
Coaching and supporting team members to achieve operational and sales goals
Maintaining stock accuracy and effective warehouse operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous retail, trade, wholesale or customer service experience
Solid leadership capabilities and a positive, team-focused approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience handling cash and financial transactions
Sound computer and intermediate IT skills
A robust understanding of workplace health and safety practices
A willingness to be hands-on and support all areas of the branch
Forklift licence (desirable)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
