Pathways Sailors Bay in Northbridge (NSW) is seeking a Diversional Therapist to join our Lifestyle Team. You will create, coordinate, and deliver engaging lifestyle and wellbeing programs for residents, aiming to enhance physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing.

You will work with residents, families, and the care team to foster independence, connection, and quality of life. A certificate IV or diploma is required, plus experience in aged care and solid communication
