About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to support our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with another AP Officer, this role is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function across both head office and company-owned stores.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring suppliers are paid on time, processes are followed, and records are accurate — all while working within our established ERP system (Pronto). If you’re someone who enjoys a structured role with variety and values accuracy, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities




Entering and processing invoices into Pronto ERP
Reconciling company credit cards, travel, and employee expenses
Ensuring compliance with the purchase order process
Coordinating payment approvals and running weekly payment batches
Performing bank reconciliations and online store reconciliations
Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks and projects as needed

What You’ll Bring
3–5 years' experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded)
Rapid and accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Great communication skills and confident phone manner
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to ask questions
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
