Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on wills, estates, and probate matters.
Exposure to family law and conveyancing
Draft and review wills and estate planning documents.
Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate disputes.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations regarding estate matters.




Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
Admission to practice as a Solicitor in Australia.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Wills & Estates law.
Robust understanding of estate planning and probate processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
