Gator's Dockside Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and qualified Key Manager. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bartenders, food runners, cooks, and other team members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a rapid-paced environment is greatly desired.

Key Manager Responsibilities:
Opening and closing procedures for the entire restaurant
100% table visits
Dealing with guest complaints
Making sure that the restaurant is always clean and properly organized
Dealing with daily restaurant issues
Conducting pre-shift with all team members
Cash and drawer audits
Counting money
Ability to run reports on the POS
Checking out hourly team members
