Family Life is seeking a dedicated Family Services Practitioner for the Home in Focus Program. You will manage a caseload of children and young people, delivering strength-based, trauma-informed support to enhance safety and wellbeing.

The role collaborates with Women’s and Men’s Practitioners and supports parent-child relationships post-trauma. Based in Frankston, Sandringham and Hampton East, with option to work from home as agreed.
