We are seeking a medical receptionists to join our team at Medicross Hope Island on a casual basis. Immediate Start.
Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)
Greeting patients
Answering phone calls and booking appointments
Patient billing
Scanning information onto the system
Updating medical records and patient
information
Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.
Skills & Attributes-
Proficient Computer skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Skilled & personable telephone manner
Multi-tasking, initiative and problem-solving skills
A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism
Must be available to work Monday – Sunday between 8 am – 5 pm .
