Position Summary

So are you looking to join a multidisciplinary medical centre in Cairns? This attractive modern practice opens over a 5 day week (Monday to Friday), and has Allied Health support on-site including Psychologists, Hearing, Dietitian, Podiatrist, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, and a Massage Therapist. This is a mixed billing practice that gives the GP the chance for excellent income and has the support of dedicated nurses and a friendly admin staff. Full spectrum of medicine including travel and tropical medicine, WorkCover & Pre-Employment medicals, family health, EPC plans,



mole scanning etc for the GP interested in a regular patient base as well as seeing phone ahead and walk in patients. Opportunities to assist with Registrar and Medical Student training to promote the next generation of GPs.

Cairns is classified MMM2, hence it qualifies for the PEP and is available for consideration for doctors who are not subject to the 10 year moratorium.

Relocation allowances on offer upon application.

Essential Criteria
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM | FRNZCGP)
Full Australian Work Rights
General Practice experience in Australia
Passion and commitment to providing a high level of care to patients
