An exciting chance is available for an experienced Procurement Lead to manage strategic sourcing and contract management activities for a high-value, high-risk ICT transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the program’s strategic procurement plan.
Lead complex ICT sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contracting activities.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, extensions and supplier performance.
Develop RFQs, RFTs, evaluation reports, negotiation plans and executive briefs.
Provide expert procurement advice while ensuring compliance with government policies and frameworks.

Key Skills and Experience




Extensive experience managing complex commercial contracts within large ICT programs or transformations.
Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and vendor management.
Demonstrated experience delivering high-value procurement activities from planning through to contract award.
Previous experience working within the Victorian Government
Familiarity with contract management and collaboration platforms such as Zycus, Oracle, SharePoint or Jira.
