About the role

Super Secure Scaffolds is seeking a dedicated Yardsman & Maintenance Team Member to join our growing company in Bayswater North, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining the secure and efficient operation of our scaffolding yard and equipment.

What you'll be doing
Ensuring the scaffolding yard is well-organised and materials are readily available
Conducting regular maintenance and safety checks on all scaffolding equipment
Coordinating the safe loading and unloading of scaffolding materials and equipment
Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to management
Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
Picking and Packing daily orders
Providing support to the wider maintenance team as required

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a maintenance, handyperson or yardsman role
Robust practical skills and mechanical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A positive,



can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done
Forklift license and experience would be highly regarded
