Flash Architectural Joinery is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our energetic and growing team. We collaborate with the best architects and builders across Melbourne, working on both commercial and domestic projects to craft high-quality, intricate joinery pieces.

About the Role:

As a Cabinet Maker at Flash, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from custom residential cabinetry to sophisticated commercial joinery. You’ll work with a team of passionate specialists and contribute to the creation of pieces you can be truly proud of. Whether you're working with timber, composite materials, or cutting-edge design technologies like Microvellum, we provide the workplace for you to learn, grow, and refine your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and install custom cabinetry and joinery for both commercial and domestic clients.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and builders to ensure precision and quality.
Contribute to the design and production of intricate, high-end joinery pieces.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment.
Show initiative and take pride in your craft.

About You:
You have proven experience as a cabinet maker (minimum 2 years).




You are familiar with both traditional and modern joinery techniques.
You can read and interpret plans and take control of a job from start to finish
You take pride in producing high-quality work.
You’re a team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also work independently.
