We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Lucio’s Marina in Noosa.
Lucio's is a quality focused Italian restaurant with a strong passion for seafood, fresh pasta and simple food done well. Head Chef Tommaso has been making some exciting changes to the kitchen and menu recently, and we’re looking for someone to help us keep pushing things forward.
We need someone with at least three years of cooking experience who can run a section well, stay organised through busy services and work as part of a small, experienced team.
You’ll need:
Experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a quality restaurant
Strong kitchen fundamentals, with valuable organisation and consistency
A valuable attitude and willingness to learn the way we do things
Italian experience is helpful, but not essential
Full time position, although full casual hours are also available.
