An iconic Australian brand with massive national momentum is launching a brand-current concept store in Darwin.

We are searching for a Venue Manager to step in and take total ownership of this high-volume, self-serve operation from day one. Blending high-speed retail execution with fun, customer-obsessed hospitality service, this role gives you full autonomy to recruit your own team, foster an upbeat store culture, and manage day-to-day P&L; performance.

The Candidate
2+ years’ experience as a Venue Manager or Store Manager within rapid-casual dining, high-volume QSR, juice/dessert bars, or retail F&B.;
A high-energy leader who knows how to keep team morale high, maintain rapid store flow, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Excellent communication skills with hands-on experience recruiting,



coaching, and developing teams of 10+ staff.
Solid understanding of daily operations, wage control, stock efficiency, and bottom-line P&L; results.
Open to eligible visa holders with full Australian working rights.

Benefits
$100,000 – $120,000 + super.
