Accounts Receivable Officer

A well-established global organisation is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join a team-oriented finance team supporting high-value transactions.

This role sits within a structured corporate environment and will suit someone early in their AR career who enjoys accuracy, customer interaction and working with large ERP systems.

The Role
End-to-end allocation of high-value payments and refunds
Daily bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Clearing accounts and month-end support
Managing inbox queries
Ensuring correct charge code allocation and data integrity
Supporting broader AR and banking activities

The role requires strong attention to detail,



as payments relate to individuals and must be processed accurately.

3 years Accounts Receivable experience
Background in medium-large corporate workplace
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems
Confident Excel capability
Team player with a learning mindset
