Master Sika's product line, sales policies, and Salesforce CRM for effective customer interaction tracking.
Provide after-sales service, including product updates and complaint resolution.
Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts, expenses, and monthly performance.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
