The company is a leading folding carton manufacturer based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, seeking a passionate and reliable Printing Press Operator to run their new Offset equipment.

The role is offered on an attractive 3 x 12 hour rotating dayshift roster, providing a solid work-life balance, with an hourly rate set at the market rates, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a recent piece of Offset equipment
Conduct and manage efficient set-ups and lead problem-solving alongside support staff
Communicate any deviations from job specifications to management
Carry out machine cleaning and preventative maintenance of equipment
Monitor output quality and suggest improvements to keep the press running at optimum speeds

Proven experience operating sheet-fed offset printing presses
A strong focus on quality, efficiency,



and consistent output
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and preventative maintenance
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team
