We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join an established business in Thomastown. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, staying active throughout the day and being part of a busy factory setting. You’ll assist with general site maintenance, manufacturing duties, cleaning and supporting the production team when required.

Responsibilities will include:
Building and modifying custom pallets as required
Stacking and breaking down pallets
Managing recycling, including steel pallets, poly and PVC materials
Maintaining the warehouse and keeping the driveway, walkways and surrounding areas free of rubbish
Completing general cleaning and housekeeping duties




Assisting the production team with ad hoc tasks and providing an extra set of hands when required

We’re looking for someone who has:
Previous manufacturing, factory, warehouse or labouring experience
Full Australian working rights
A current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Ability to perform regular manual handling and physical duties
Previous experience using basic hand tools is advantageous
