The Role
Lead the delivery, performance and development of a growing Data & AI team.
Drive agile ways of working, including stand-ups, sprint planning, Kanban boards and delivery reporting.
Own MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement across AI solutions.
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to prioritise work, manage risk and ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate local and offshore technical resources to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Help establish best practice across Snowflake, AWS, data pipelines, AI tooling and governance.
Contribute to research, innovation and the commercial application of AI technologies.

About You
Experience leading Data, AI, Analytics,



Machine Learning or Engineering teams.
Solid machine learning domain expertise with experience delivering models into production.
Solid understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Git, ClickUp, Jira and data pipeline tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and people leadership capability.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities evolve as the business grows.
