We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead at an established, high-volume restaurant in Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a busy service environment and wants genuine responsibility across people, service, guest experience and financial performance.

What’s On Offer:
$85,000 + super
Performance bonus of up to $5,000 annually, subject to KPI achievement

The Role:
Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and service
Manage, roster and develop a high-performing FOH team
Drive exceptional service standards and guest experiences
Coach and develop team members to improve performance and retention
Work with senior leadership on promotions, bookings and revenue growth
Maintain compliance across RSA,



food safety and venue procedures
Use SevenRooms to maximise bookings, guest loyalty and marketing opportunities

You’ll be an experienced Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in a busy, high-volume hospitality environment.

We're looking for:
Robust restaurant leadership and team management experience
Excellent rostering and labour cost management skills
A genuine focus on guest experience and service excellence
Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
Solid coaching, training and staff development skills
A positive, accountable leadership style and the ability to stay composed under pressure
Current RSA
