About the role
This Global client is currently undertaking a significant HRIS transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Systems Consultant to join the People & Culture team on a 6-month contract.

This is a hands-on chance for an HR Systems skilled who enjoys taking systems from design and configuration through testing, implementation and go-live.

You'll work closely with People & Culture, Technology and key business stakeholders to ensure the current HR platform delivers a great experience for employees and managers, while integrating effectively with the wider technology environment.

What you'll be doing
Configure and build HR system solutions from agreed designs
Lead UAT, including test planning, scripts, test data, defect management and business sign-off
Assess the impact of system and process changes across payroll, finance, reporting and other connected systems
Coordinate integration and regression testing
Develop and deliver stakeholder communications, training and change activities
Support go-live, hypercare and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual workarounds




Support the decommissioning of the existing HR platform and secure retention of employee data
Partner with P&C;, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

About you
You'll have:
5+ years' experience implementing, configuring or supporting HR/People systems
Strong hands-on HRIS configuration and implementation experience
Proven experience with UAT, testing and defect management
Experience taking systems through go-live and stabilisation
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience working with system integrations and downstream data flows
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix workplace
A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed organisation
