The role





You'll have autonomy over your portfolio without being micromanaged, while having the support around you to actually do your job properly.
Your focus will include:
Building robust landlord and tenant relationships
Managing maintenance and coordinating trades
Keeping your portfolio compliant and running smoothly
Supporting leasing where required
Working alongside an experienced and well-supported PM team

You focus on your clients, relationships and portfolio. Your support team helps take care of the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

What you'll bring
Previous Property Management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valuable organisation and time management
QLD Certificate of Registration or Licence
Current driver's licence
Ideally based within approximately 30 minutes of Brisbane CBD
