Our Client is seeking a friendly, motivated Optical Dispenser to join our easy‑going and experienced team in the northern beaches.

About the Role
You’ll be an important part of our dispensing team, supporting patients with frame selection, lens advice, adjustments, repairs, and general optical retail duties.
We currently use Sunix and plan to transition to Optomate in early 2027.

Roster & Hours - Can arrange consecutive days off for better work–life balance
Mon–Fri: 9:00–5:30 or 9:30–5:30 (7.5‑hour days)
Thurs: 9:30–5:30 or 10:00–6:00
Sat:



9:00–2:00 (one Saturday per fortnight preferred; no lunch break)
Sun: 10:00–2:00

Salary & Benefits
$30–35 per hour + super

About the Practice Forestway Optometry is a well‑established practice with:
2 part‑time optometrists
3 part‑time optical dispensers

Who We’re Looking For
Experience as an optical dispenser (preferred but not essential)
Warm, approachable communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Someone who enjoys helping patients and contributing to a positive practice culture
