We’re currently looking for an experienced Electrician with fire protection experience to join a national fire protection contractor in Canberra.

This is a hands-on role covering a mix of service, maintenance and installation across commercial, retail, education and other client sites throughout the ACT.

You don’t need to be a specialist fire electrician — we’re interested in electricians who have practical experience working with fire protection systems and want to continue developing in the space.

The role will involve:
Servicing and maintaining fire protection systems across commercial sites
Fault finding, testing and minor repairs
Working across fire alarm / detection and associated electrical systems
Attending commercial, retail, school and other client sites
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate job records
Working independently while also supporting the wider service team




Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with relevant standards

What we’re looking for:
Current Electrical Licence
Previous experience working with fire protection systems
Experience across service, maintenance and/or installation
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working across commercial environments
Positive communication and customer service skills
Current driver’s licence
White Card
Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
