National Stroke Foundation seeks a StrokeLink Coordinator to support Queensland stroke services.
Reporting to the Quality Improvement Manager, you will work with health specialists, hospital leaders and multidisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based care, education and quality initiatives across the state.You will help implement statewide improvement efforts, engage stakeholders and deliver career development, while promoting Foundation resources to clinicians and patients.
