We are partnering with a large financial organisation to recruit an experienced Product Manager to join a high-performing operations and product function. This is a fantastic prospect for a commercially minded product qualified with strong financial services experience to play a key role in managing lending and deposit products across their full lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support product growth, compliance, performance and customer outcomes. Key duties include:
Manage lending and deposit products across the full product lifecycle, from analysis and business case development through to implementation, monitoring and review.
Prepare product governance papers, reporting, recommendations and action tracking for product and pricing committees.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, portfolio performance, customer feedback and regulatory change to identify opportunities for improvement.




Coordinate product, rate and pricing updates across internal systems, external platforms, broker channels and stakeholder groups.
Support risk, compliance and product governance requirements, including product reviews, target market determinations and impact assessments.

You will bring 5+ years’ product management experience, ideally across residential or commercial lending, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the confidence to influence stakeholders across operations, sales, risk, compliance, finance, data and technology.
