We are partnering with a high-performing retail business in the furniture space to find a passionate Full Time Sales Consultant for their Castle Hill location.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident retailer who loves working with customers, thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to earn robust commission on top of a stable full time salary.

This business is continuing to grow, currently tracking +25% year-on-year growth, and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running while bringing fresh energy to the team.

About the role:
Deliver a premium and consultative customer experience
Build solid product knowledge and confidently close sales
Work towards individual and store sales targets
Convert add-on protection products to maximise customer value
Maintain high visual and showroom standards
Occasionally work independently on the sales floor

What we're looking for:
Retail sales experience preferred
Bulky goods,



furniture or high-value sales experience highly regarded
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Energetic, confident and proactive personality
Modern, customer-first sales approach
Someone open to learning and developing new skills

Set roster with Tuesday & Wednesday off
