South Bunbury Community Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Assessment Documentation Nurse to lead AN-ACC operations three days per week at our South Bunbury residence. The role includes mentoring the care team in documentation and coordinating uplift applications.
You will manage assessments for recent residents, guide staff on writing principles, and provide orientation to assessors while maintaining robust DoH correspondence and reporting. AHPRA RN registration is required.
