Dental Care Centre – Now Opening in Fairfield Heights!

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator with a genuine passion for customer care to join our growing team at our brand-new Fairfield Heights location.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is well-presented, and brings a warm, bubbly personality to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and patient communication

Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules

Maintain accurate patient records and accounts

Operate HICAPS and process patient payments

Assist patients with medical history forms

Confirm appointments and follow up with patients

Discuss treatment plans and payment options in a clear and supportive manner

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication and phone skills





Strong computer skills, including experience with D4W (Dental 4 Windows)

High attention to detail and solid organisational abilities

Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service

Ability to speak English, Arabic, and Assyrian (essential)
