client events & social outingsAbout the RoleWe're looking forTWO foundation trainersto join our Mosman team and ONE Trainer to join our St Ives team.The right candidates will have future opportunities for mentoring into management and even business ownership.Assist the owners in community outreach and pre-sale marketing initiativesInspire and coach members to achieve life‐long health & fitness resultsDeliver 1:1 personal training sessions and small group sessionsEducate clients on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choicesAssist in client acquisition, brand awareness and salesBuild your own client database with the support of our systemsTrack client progress weekly and celebrate winsBe part of a vibrant, friendly, community-driven studioHave the chance to be a part of a growing business from the ground upWho We're Looking For:Qualified PTs(You have a tertiary Australian recognised qualification in Personal Training):Ready to hit the ground running with clientsEnthusiastic about building a thriving PT businessPassionate about guiding members to long-term successMotivated to excel in your career in fitnessPositive, driven, and people-focusedWhat you need to applyThe essentials: You must have an Australian recognised qualification in Personal Training Current, in date First Aid and CPR Certificate Employee Working with Children Check What you will need to obtain (if not already): Fitness Registration with a fitness governing body Level 1 Trainer Boxing Qualification Pre‐and Postnatal qualification In addition, we'll look for evidence of: Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within our business, and you are career‐focused.
