We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, people focused Business Operations Manager (BOM) to lead a team of venue managers of leisure, parks, precincts, and seasonal aquatic facilities across WA.This role oversees a regional and metropolitan portfolio comprising of several venues, supported by a workforce of a few hundred seasonal and permanent employees.
You will manage a multi-million dollar portfolio and operation, ensuring strong commercial performance, contract management, and operational excellence across all sites.
The role is designed to provide leadership and guidance as you oversee the financial management and commercial decision making of a group of facilities to achieve or exceed agreed results.In this essential leadership role, you'll drive financial and strategic operational plans, maintain and build high-value internal and external relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
This role calls for a highly motivated and autonomous professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest experience,



and a demonstrated history of achieving financial and operational success.About You:You will demonstrate a successful track record in data-driven decision making across either: marketing, sales, contract compliance and effective management of key stakeholders, including the community, Councils and Belgravia to drive the success.Inherent in the role is the commitment to ethical practices, to foster strong team motivation and reinforcement of the partnership values.
To be considered for this role you will be a seasoned and skilled aquatics, sports, or leisure manager, or possess seasoned local government expertise.
