This is first and foremost a new-business role - with the bulk of payroll, compliance and account administration handled by our dedicated support teams.
Your focus stays on winning and growing clients.
Key responsibilities include:Own and deliver a current business revenue target, with full accountability for your pipeline from first contact through to filled shiftsProactively identify, pursue and win new clients across warehousing and logistics, civil construction and infrastructure, manufacturing,



mining and renewablesConduct regular client and prospect site visits across the east coast, completing customer site safety assessments and identifying workforce demand early — project ramp-ups, shutdowns, seasonal peaks and unplanned labour gapsTrack major project announcements, tenders and construction pipelines across the east coast to position Haynes ahead of competitorsConvert briefs quickly through seamless handover to our recruitment team, leveraging Haynes' 48-hour response commitment as a genuine competitive edgeGrow share of wallet within won accounts and turn satisfied clients into referrals across their project and supplier networksRepresent Haynes at industry events and networking functions across the territoryAbout youPrior experience in the recruitment industry is essential - experience recruiting in warehousing and civil construction will be viewed very favourablyStrong market knowledge across the eastern seaboard, and a genuine drive to help local businesses succeedHigh level of customer service — we pride ourselves on doing what we say we will do!
