recruitment expertise and fresh thinking to help the business attract and secure the best talent.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection and offer managementManage a high volume of requisitions, ensuring roles are progressed efficiently and candidates receive an exceptional experienceDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking, referrals and direct sourcingBuild strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their workforce needs and providing practical recruitment adviceAct as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders, challenging and influencing where requiredChampion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring attraction and selection practices are inclusive and unbiasedUse recruitment data and market insights to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes and influence stakeholder decisionsMaintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting within WorkdayProvide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, selection and best-practice recruitmentSupport employer branding initiatives, career events, job fairs and networking activitiesEnsure recruitment activity is delivered in line with relevant legislation, policies and best-practice standardsContinuously look for ways to improve the recruitment experience, processes and candidate journeyBring energy,
curiosity and a hands-on approach to every recruitment campaignAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is energetic, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
You'll be comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities and getting out into the market to find great people.You may come from an internal Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment, ideally with experiencein blue-collar or construction environments but most importantly, you'll know how to build relationships and make things happen.Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a high-volume environmentStrong sourcing capability and confidence using SEEK, LinkedIn and other recruitment channelsA proactive, hands-on approach to candidate attraction — you're not afraid to pick up the phone and get out into the marketStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge hiring managersComfortable working with recruitment data and using insights to inform decisionsA genuine passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and delivering fair and inclusive recruitment processesStrong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at onceConfident communicator who brings energy, credibility and a solutions-focused mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can changeExperience with Workday or another large-scale ATS would be advantageousFull, unrestricted working rights in Australia would be preferred, although visa-holders will be considered (no sponsorship prospect available)If you're an energetic Talent Acquisition professional who loves recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work closely with the people who keep the construction and operational world moving, we'd love to hear from you.
