You'll play a key role in creating a positive environment for both residents and employees and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we care for.Leading, inspiring and developing a committed care and support team, fostering accountability, teamwork and a positive workplace cultureOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and a positive resident experienceDriving a culture of respect, compassion, safety and continuous improvement across the serviceLeading care governance, quality and compliance, ensuring the service meets legislative requirements, aged care standards and organisational expectationsSupporting workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring the service is appropriately staffed with the right people and skills to meet resident needsManaging financial performance and operational efficiency, including budgets,
