About The RoleExcellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our quick-paced clinic, located at Sydenham or Altona Clinic in a full-timecapacity.
The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.As a medical receptionist you will be responsible forManaging all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential mannerFront of house reception / greeting patients upon arrivalSchedule appointments for patients and referrersIssue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as requiredEnter and update patient registration detailsEnsure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all timesThis is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.You Will HaveStrong customer service and patient focus skillsEagerness to learnExcellent time management and organisational skillsHigh level of attention to detail and confidentialityAbility to work autonomously, as well as part of a teamExperience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regardedDrivers license and a carWe OfferInclusive Team Culture – We support and uplift each otherFull Training Provided – No medical admin experience needed!
