Kirinari Community Services in the Riverina region (Griffith) is recruiting a part-time Team Leader – Disability to oversee SIL/Group Homes and lead a Disability Support Worker team.
The role emphasizes person-centred care, community connection and staff development.You will provide direct support, mentor staff, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a adaptable schedule that includes sleepovers, weekends and holidays.
NSW driver's licence and suitability checks are required.
