Join a fast paced healthcare business located in Sydney's West.
As the HR Coordinator you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide HR support to the entire business.Key elements of the role will include, but are not limited to;Coordinate the end to end recruitment processAssist with the onboarding of new employeesWeekly reportingProcess improvementProvide support related to the HR systemMaintain employee recordsBe part of new HR initiatives / projectsProvide first level advice on policies & procedures to managers and employeesTo be successful in this role you have experience in a similar HR position with involvement in the complete employee life cycle.
You are tech savvy with a good understanding of Excel and excellent attention to detail.
