building relationships and making things happen.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and approve new credit applicationsConduct credit checks and customer reference verificationSet up and maintain customer accountsManage collections and follow up outstanding accountsResolve customer disputes and account queriesPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesProcess credit notes, refunds and manual invoicesMonitor ageing reports and proactively reduce overdue debtBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersSupport month-end reporting and credit administration activitiesWork closely with sales and operations teams to achieve positive outcomesAbout YouYou'll bring:Previous experience in a Credit Officer positionStrong end-to-end credit management experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA confident but professional approach to collectionsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to prioritise and manage a busy workloadIntermediate Excel skillsA proactive attitude and genuine desire to provide great customer serviceExperience working in a fast-paced environmentWhat's On Offer?
